    Some residents in Vestavia Hills are taking steps to curb the rise in drug and alcohol use among youth. On Monday night, there was a town hall aimed to address the concerns. Together, they announced a campaign called “Help the Hills: Parent Strong and Parent Together.” The effort includes a series of home-based meetings that will last throughout the current school year.
