SEC Power Poll (Week 11)

Alabama’s comeback victory over LSU keeps the Tide at the top SEC. Everything is now shaping to be Alabama vs. Georgia for the SEC title.   

#1 Alabama 9-0

AJ McCarron led “The Drive” in the come from behind victory in Death Valley.

Up next: vs. Texas A&M

#2 Georgia 8-1

The Bulldogs struggled early, but dominated Ole Miss in the 2nd half.    

Up next: @ Auburn  

#3 Florida 8-1

The Gator’s offensive woes continued, but were able to hold Missouri to only 7 points.  

Up next: vs. La-Lafayette  

 #4 LSU 7-2

LSU had the #1 Tide against ropes, but couldn’t deliver the knockout.

Up next: vs. Mississippi State

#5 South Carolina 7-2

 The Gamecocks took the week off.

Up next: vs. Arkansas 

#6 Texas A&M 7-2

The Aggies steamed rolled Mississippi State 38-13.

Up next: @ Alabama

#7 Mississippi State 7-2

 The Bulldogs have now lost back to back SEC games.

#8 Ole Miss 5-4

The Rebels hung with Georgia early, but are still in search of their 6th win and a bowl berth.

Up next: vs. Vanderbilt

#9 Vanderbilt 5-4

The Dores beat down Kentucky 40-0.

Up next: @ Ole Miss

#10 Tennessee 4-5

Troy gave Tennessee all they wanted, but the Vols escaped the shootout.

Up next: vs. Missouri  

#11 Missouri 4-5

The Tigers played Florida hard in the swap, but the Gator defense was just too much.

#12 Arkansas 4-5

It wasn’t pretty, but the Hogs beat Tulsa 19-15.

UP next: @ South Carolina       

#13 Auburn 2-7

 Auburn stepped out of conference, and got a much needed win.  

 Up next: vs. Georgia

#14 Kentucky 1-9

Joker Phillips is out, and the coaching search has started for the wildcats. Basketball season starts this week.
