Blog: Top Ten Games of the Week

Alabama is playing a “cupcake”, but the Tide fans have a big reason to watch college football this weekend. Also we have lots of SEC teams trying to get into the post season.

Here are my Top Ten Games of Week:

10. Syracuse @ Missouri – Saturday – 6pm CST – ESPN-U

This is a big game for the Tigers as they try to become bowl eligible.

9. #3 Notre Dame vs. Wake Forest – Saturday – 2:30pm CST – Alabama’s 13

One of three games Alabama fans will have their eye on. It should be all Irish in this one, but you never know after seeing them play close with Pitt.

8. Mississippi State vs. Arkansas – Saturday – 11:21am CST – SEC Network

The Bulldogs have lost three in a row and the Razorbacks are trying to close out season strong and get to a bowl game.

7. #7 LSU vs. Ole Miss – Saturday – 2:00pm CST – CBS

Ole Miss is another team in need of one more win to get to a bowl game, but at LSU will not be easy.

6. Tennessee @ Vanderbilt  – Saturday – 6:00pm CST – ESPN 2

The Dores are going bowling, but the Vols have to win out.

5. #1 Kansas State @ Baylor – Saturday – 7:00pm CST – ESPN

This is another game Alabama will have their eye on, but can the Baylor Bears find away to pull off the upset? I’m not sure if they will have the defense.

4. #23 Texas Tech @ #24 Oklahoma State – Saturday – 2:30pm CST

This game is about as even as they come, and should make for a close ball game.

3.  Ohio State @ Wisconsin – Saturday – 2:30pm CST - ABC

Ohio State is still unbeaten, but Wisconsin has finally started to click. This might be the week the Buckeyes fall.

2. #18 USC @ #17 UCLA – Saturday - 2:05pm CST – FOX

This one is for the PAC12 south and of course bragging rights in LA.

1.  #2 Oregon vs. #13 Stanford - Saturday – 7:00pm CST - ABC

The main game Alabama fans will have their eye on is the big PAC12 showdown. This will be the best front 7 Oregon's high flying offense has faced to date, and the Ducks are pretty beat up as well.
