SEC Power Poll

This will be the last SEC football power poll of the year as everyone except Alabama and Georgia have wrapped up SEC play.

#1 Alabama 11-1

Alabama hammered Auburn 49-0. The Tide is now one win away from a chance at defending their title.

Up next: vs. Georgia

#2 Georgia 11-1

The Bulldogs took care of business versus Georgia Tech and is also one game away from the title game.

Up next: vs. Alabama

#3 Florida 11-1

The Gators out powered Florida State, and more than likely earned a spot in a BCS Bowl.

#4 Texas A&M 10-2

The Aggies jumped out fast and out scored fellow SEC newcomer Missouri.

 #5 LSU 10-2

LSU struggled Arkansas, but won the battle for the boot.

#6 South Carolina 10-2

The Gamecocks outlasted Clemson for a 27-17 win.

#7 Vanderbilt 8-4

The Dores dominated Wake Forest helping the SEC go 4-0 over the ACC.

#8 Ole Miss 6-6

The Rebels won the Egg Bowl and won their sixth game making them bowl eligible

#9 Mississippi State 8-4

It was a disappointing end of the season for the Bulldogs who stated out 7-0.

#10 Missouri 5-7

The Tigers couldn’t keep up with the Aggies as they close out a lackluster first season in the SEC.

#11 Tennessee 5-7

The Vols beat Kentucky without Derek Dooley, and it was good for the seniors to get a final home win.

#12 Arkansas 4-8

The Hogs played with a lot of heart, but now it’s time to move in the next direction.

#13 Auburn 3-9

Auburn closes out a long hard season with an ugly performance in the Iron bowl.

#14 Kentucky 2-10

There’s just not much you can say about the Wildcats.
