Amore, Lobsters fra Diavolo

Lobsters fra Diavolo with Shrimp 

  • 2 (5-6 oz) cold water lobster tails
  • 1 T. Olive oil
  • Minced garlic, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 3 cups fresh tomato based marinara sauce
  • ½ dozen large shrimp
  • ¼ lb. cooked linguini pasta

Cook linguini pasta and set aside.  Then sauté olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.  Add lobster tails and heat to high temperature.  Then add white wine and marinara sauce.  Simmer for about two minutes, then add shrimp and simmer, covered, for another four minutes, until shrimp and lobster are cooked.

Plate linguini on a semi large platter. Serve lobster, shrimp and sauce over linguini. Top with fresh basil.
