The SEC awards were announced today featuring Florida's Billy Donovan as coach of the year. Georgia's Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was named the SEC Player of the year and Kentucky's Nerlens Noel was named Freshman and Defensive Player of the Year.
The All-SEC team was also announced and that featured Alabama junior guard Trevor Releford.

Trevor Releford was also honored with a spot on the All-SEC Defensive Team. During the 2012-13 season Releford averaged 15.6 points per game, 2.1 steals per game, and 2.7 assists per game.
