For the third time this season, Alabama and Tennessee will play each other.
The Vols defeated Mississippi State to advance in the SEC Tournament on Thursday. Now they will play the Crimson Tide in the quarterfinals.
Alabama fans might remember the last time these two teams played. It was back in January in Knoxville. The Tide had a chance to win the game on their final possession. Trevor Lacey went up for a shot and appeared to be fouled. No call was made.
Bama head coach Anthony Grant told us a couple of days after that game he thought a foul should have been called.
Now these two teams will meet up again and the loser will have a much tougher NCAA Tournament argument to make.
Tipoff is at 2:30pm on Friday. We will have a recap on Alabama's 13 News and Alabama Tonight.
