The Elton John concert scheduled for tonight in Birmingham has been cancelled.
The BJCC says the concert was cancelled late Friday morning, and it was confirmed after the lunch hour.
The reason given for the cancellation is "for medical reasons."
Ticket holders can get refunds at the point of purchase, and for online purchases, the money will apparently be refunded electronically.
