TUSCALOOSA, AL -
Four former Crimson Tide football players will not appear in court Tuesday, as was scheduled.
The Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court says all players have waived their preliminary hearings.
The former players are Brent Calloway, D.J. Pettway, Tyler Hayes, and Eddie Williams.
Pettway, Williams and Hayes were arrested February 11, 2013, after police say they robbed two students on UA's campus, and stole a laptop, cash and credit cards.
Calloway and Williams are accused of using one of the cards to buy chips from a vending machine.
Crimson Tide Head Coach Nick Saban announced recently all players were kicked off the team.
