FULTONDALE, AL -
Expect to see a rolling roadblock on Interstate 65 in Fultondale Thursday.
The Alabama Department of Transportation reports blasting operations continue on I-65 to build an interchange to connect the interstate to Corridor X.
Alabama State Troopers and Fultondale Police will slow I-65 traffic northbound and southbound between Exit 271 and Exit 264.
Weather permitting, that traffic slowdown will start at 1:30pm CT., and last about 10 minutes.
If there is rainy weather, blasting will not take place.
