Vacations are all about relaxing and taking time out from your daily responsibilities. For many that means your workouts go as well, but they don't have to.
Most often people complain they don't have enough time to work out during the day, so it seems crazy that while on vacation your workouts would fall by the wayside.
Kyle Burger and Donnette' Hulsey went to D1 Fitness in Homewood to find out some workouts you can do in your hotel room, it's called the Road Warrior Workout.
Mountain Climbers - 3 sets 10 seconds
Jumping Jacks - 3 sets 10 seconds
Running in Place - 3 sets 10 seconds
Push-up Holds 3 sets 15 seconds
Dips on a Chair 3 sets x 15 reps
Squat Holds 3 sets 15 seconds
Lunge Holds 2 sets (left and right) 10 seconds
V-ups 3 sets 10 seconds
Superman 3 sets 10 reps
