Three Birmingham men charged in the deaths of 5 people appeared in a courtroom Monday.
Reginald Mims, Rashad Stoves and Artavius Underwood all face Capital Murder charges.
During the hearing Monday, one of the motions discussed was whether or not the death penalty would be considered in this case.
The suspects were juveniles at the time of the crime.
Judge Stephen Wallace decided that more information is needed before he rules on that motion.
The three defendants are accused of killing 5 people inside a home in Ensley January 2012.
