A weekend of searching for missing Georgia man Nick Bower results no new developments.
Bower, 27, was last seen the night of May 4 near his campsite at the Talladega Superspeedway.
Bower's sister, Bridget Chambers says searchers spent the weekend combing the woods and a creek near the race track for her brother.
"I think we covered pretty much all the area we can, personally, but we don't have as many resources as the police do. So we're kind of just on hold waiting for the police right now," Chambers said.
Over the weekend, a group of nick's family and friends --pictured here-- searched the wooden areas around the talladega superspeedway and a nearby creek. But no sign of the young man.
Chambers says the donations they've received to help locate her brother, including from his employer, Fastenal, have made a difference.
"If not for them I don't know how we would be functioning," Chambers said.
Though the 27-year-old has not been found, his loved ones, more than a week after he vanished, vow to not give up.
"Whether we're here or we're going back home, we're never going to stop looking for him," Chambers said.
"Nick is just a fun-loving energetic guy, who love his dog. Loves his job. Loves Georgia. He's a great guy. There is no reason that he would just disappear, Boesch said.
