"It's amazing how quickly you can lose your fitness if you go away for a week or weeks at a time and you don't do anything you're going to lose a lot of your conditioning," fitness instructor Sandra Koulourides said.

Koulourides is a fitness instructor specializing in just using your body weight. That is perfect if you're on the go, confined to a hotel room.

"Ten minutes of a workout can be very challenging if you do things the proper way" Koulourides said.
