Gadsden woman arrested for allegedly having gambling machine

RAINBOW CITY, AL -

A woman was arrested Friday for allegedly having gambling machines.

The Etowah County Sheriff's Office reports investigators seized two electronic bingo machines Friday in Rainbow City.

Deputies arrested Michelle Regina Garbe, 51, of Gadsden, and charged her with one count of promoting gambling and one count of possession of a gambling device.

The machines were seized from Center Stage, located at 206 Rescia Avenue, Rainbow City, at 1:00pm CT.

Garbe was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $2,000 bond.
