Two arrested in meth lab bust in Tuscaloosa

TUSCALOOSA, AL -

Two people have been arrested in a meth lab bust at a home in the 11000 block of Hen Smith Road in Tuscaloosa.

Deputies, along with officers from Vance and Coaling, went to the residence on suspicion of drug activity. Authorities say they found marijuana, a meth lab, meth making materials, and several "one pot meth labs" along with several other narcotics.

Roger Baisden, 46, and Cynthia Baisden, 44, were taken into custody.

Roger Baisden is being charged with unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Cynthia Baisden is being charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Bond was set $262,000 for the male suspect, and $15,000 for the female.
