Some Back Forty Beer Company packaging will be sporting the Alabama Gulf Seafood logo in the near future.
The logo will appear of five of the Gadsden brewery's most popular varieties, including Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale, Freckle Belly IPA, Fence Post Session Ale, Spring Seasonal Peach Wheat and Summer Seasonal Biere de Garde.
"We are in the middle of summer, with several types of Alabama Gulf Seafood at their peak. Consumers of Alabama Gulf Seafood and lovers of craft beer can truly enjoy the best of both worlds," said Chris Blankenship, Director of Alabama's marine Resources Division and Program Administrator for the Alabama Seafood Marketing Commission.
Back Forty sees the collaboration as natural, between Alabama's ever-popular seafood industry and the craft beer culture gaining popularity.
