Alabama Dominates Preseason Projections and All-SEC Team

One thing is for sure coming out of SEC Media Days; the Tide is the heavy favorite to once again win the league.

The annual preseason projections and all-conference teams were announced today. With 16 Alabama players making preseason teams, it was hard not to notice the crimson tint.

Alabama is projected to win the SEC with 182 votes; Georgia who fell just five yards short last season is projected behind the Tide with only 38 votes. South Carolina is projected at 3rd, they received 18 votes, Texas A&M 4, and one person voted for LSU.  

Auburn under new head coach Gus Malzahn is projected to finish 5th in the west. Here's a breakdown of the east/west projections.

Alabama led the SEC with 7 players listed on the first team offense and defense. Alabama's T.J. Yeldon and C.J. Mosley were also the top two vote getters on offense and defense.
