Matt Pitt’s personal friend said incarceration not stopping the ministry

SHELBY COUNTY, AL -

Probation was revoked for Matt Pitt, but his supporters said that is not stopping his mission to witness.

Blake Bolden, a personal friend of Matt Pitt explained,"I actually talked to him when he got back [Tuesday], and he was very positive. He has a very good outlook on it. There have been so many of the inmates that we have talked to that have just had such a hope, since he's been in there. He's just been able to pour his life into them and whatever God's allowing him to do through him."

Bolden said incarceration only gives Pitt more time to profess his passion to those who they said may need it the most, the people who are behind bars with him.

Daniel Bowman, Pitt's attorney, said they are planning to file an appeal.
