Malzahn: "They're all big games"

AUBURN, Ala. -

Auburn looks like a completely different team coming into the 2013 edition of the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry.

And, essentially, they are.

The Tigers are 9-1 on the season, in the thick of the SEC Western championship hunt and ranked seventh in the latest BCS poll.

"I think it's all about our players coming together, putting the past behind them and becoming close, developing relationships with the each other and developing relationships with the coaches," Gus Malzahn said, trying to explain the turnaround. "I think that's the start of it."

Still, he knows the Bulldogs will be no easy task.

"We have our hands full with Georgia, playing at home, and that is the only thing on our mind," he said. "Our guys have been even-keel. They just approach it like next week. Our guys know it's a big game, but at this point in the season, just like last week, they're all big games."

Auburn brings an explosive offense with them wherever they go. Over the course of the season, they have jumped from 118th in the country to 14th in total offense.
