VESTAVIA HILLS, AL -
A 63-year-old Vestavia Hills man is facing charges after the FBI seized drugs and guns from his home yesterday.
Joseph Gandy, 63, is facing one count of trafficking oxycodone and oxycontine, one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a short-barreled firearm. He's being held in lieu of $1,545,000 bond.
Authorities say between 95 and 100 firearms were seized from his home on Gay Way yesterday.
Neighbors say the agents showed up around seven in the morning and were there until after 7 p.m. last night.
