Mr. Gallina comes to AlliedTPro with 20+ years of experience as an executive in Tour Operations, Airlines and GDS. Previously an executive at Travel Impressions, LTD. (formerly an American Express Company), Gallina served in a number of leadership roles as Vice President of Research & Analysis, VP American Express Vacations International, VP and General Manager of Delta Vacations, VP of their Managed Brands Group and also served as VP of Sales. During his tenor at Travel Impressions, he exponentially grew the brand's product lines worldwide, developed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) across the enterprise, profiled competition and validated industry changes. Additionally, Mr. Gallina was responsible for major initiatives that enhanced performance as well as bottom line results, and is also known for having successfully negotiated AAA Travel, Travelsavers, Nest, Vacation.com and other 3rd party consortium agreements. In his most recent role, Mr. Gallina directed the measurement of all surveys, determining the end-to-end customer experience.
In his role at AlliedTPro, Mr. Gallina will bring his executive level sales and marketing experience to the company, helping lead the organization in its impressive evolution from a practiced 60 year-old inbound B2B model into a contemporary, global experiential travel brand with a variety of product lines to support and numerous partners as well as consumer interests and needs.
