The Auburn Tigers are looking to land a top 10 recruiting class. Here's a look at their National Signing Day headlines.
- The Auburn Tigers were hoping to make some late additions to their class before signing day. They fell short earlier today when 4-star safety Steven Parker choose Oklahoma over Auburn, and Texas A&M. The Tigers are looking to add some depth to their secondary with Ryan Smith and Ryan White graduating. Auburn has four defensive backs committed for 2014. 4-star safety Derrick Moncrief is already enrolled at Auburn; he's out of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. If all goes according to plan tomorrow, he'll be joined by three 4-star cornerbacks: Nick Ruffin out of Atlanta, Kalvaraz Bessent from Kingsland, GA., and Stephen Roberts from Opelika High School.
- Auburn is hoping to land 4-star defensive end Andrew Williams out of Georgia. He is down to Auburn, Clemson, and Georgia as his finalist.
- The battle over Rashaan Evans:
Much like last year with Reuben Foster, he's a 5-star linebacker out of Auburn High School who's choosing between the Tide and the Tigers.
Evans father, Alan Evans, played running back for Auburn in the early 80's before transferring out, but Evans also has family currently attending Alabama.
