500 new jobs in Atlanta area

Posted: Updated:
Fiserv, Inc., a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions is expanding in Alpharetta, Georgia. That announcement by Governor Nathan Deal today. The company, which currently employs approximately 2,000 associates across six locations in the metro Atlanta area, will add 500 jobs over the next five years. Fiserv will also make an estimated capital investment of $41 million for facilities and equipment.

“Fiserv has had a presence in Georgia for more than two decades and has become one of the largest technology employers in our state,” said Deal. “The fact that Fiserv has chosen to retain and grow its operations in Georgia is a testament to the positive business climate of our state.”

The company said chose the new Alpharetta campus because of its ability to accommodate existing needs and continued growth. The buildings will be occupied in phases, with associates expected to move from existing offices to 2900 and 2950 Westside Parkway during 2015 and 2016.
