TUSCALOOSA, AL - The snow mostly melted early in the evening. No weather-related accidents were reported, and road conditions were never reported to be bad in Tuscaloosa County. One road was sanded, but schools are still seeing delays tomorrow.

A wintry mix of snow and rain is now falling in Tuscaloosa.

The precipitation is creating slush on the ground, however there have been no reports of any major road or bridge problems.

The city remains prepared to ramp up staffing and roll out crews should conditions worsen.
