Four employees and  three customers of the VIP Spa in Birmingham were arrested Wednesday afternoon after some employees were giving more than just massages, according to police.

The spa, located off Parkway East in Huffman, is being investigated for possible human trafficking.

Fralie Peagler lives in the area, and says he heard there was more to the massage here than at the average spa, but he didn't believe it, "I heard about it from here or there, but I never knew if it was true or not. I never went in there and tried to see if it was true or just a rumor. You know what I'm saying, so it was just that."

This isn't the first time a spa like this has been busted in the area. Two spas were specifically mentioned today. According to authorities, the money factor is a big draw for people to open the spas, because it brings in a substantial amount of revenue.
