Landers McLarty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Huntsville, Alabama announced that it has opened the polls for the 1st Annual Drive for the Kids Vote-A-Thon. Traditionally, Landers McLarty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has selected the school where the fundraiser is held but this year the event is open to any qualifying school in the area!
What is a Drive for the Kids campaign?
Every year since 1993, Chrysler has hosted the Drive for the Kids campaign resulting in millions of dollars being donated to local Elementary and Middle schools across the country. These events typically take place during a larger school event like a Spring Fling, Fall Festival, etc. During the event, attendees are invited to take a short test drive, usually around the campus or parking lot, in the available Chrysler vehicle of choice. For each test drive given during the event, Chrysler donates $10 to the school/school organization!
Who can participate?
Any elementary or middle school within 30 miles of Landers McLarty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Huntsville is eligible to participate. Different organizations within the school are allowed to submit videos. The video that gets the most votes would be the organization that would receive the funds.
