Police: man soliciting sex from underage boys in Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. -
Raleigh Police Department is requesting public assistance as it works to identify and locate a suspect said to be soliciting sex from underage boys.
Police said the suspect was driving a tan- or sliver-colored sedan on Feb. 21 when he soliciting sex from a 13-year-old boy on Wake Towne Drive. The boy did not comply with the solicitation and the suspect drove away, police said.
Police described the suspect as an older white male, possibly in his 60s or 70s. The victim took a photo of the suspect with his cellphone.
Raleigh police believe this incident is connected to a similar incident that occurred March 5 at Broughton High School.
