PELL CITY, AL - People from across central Alabama spent some time Wednesday morning volunteering Animal Shelter of Pell City.

The volunteers were helping out with the shelter’s beautification and improvement project.

The Animal Shelter of Pell City takes in lost and abandoned pets and works to find the animals loving homes.

The Pell City facility serves all of St. Clair County and the city of Lincoln.

Click through the photos above to check out today’s beautification work.
