A high-speed police chase across two states ended with a crash in Indianapolis    .

An Indiana Police official says a man allegedly stole a Ford Escape from a car dealership in Illinois, and drove west on I-70.

It all happened the morning of May 8, 2014.

The chase started when authorities tried to stop the vehicle for speeding.

Speeds reached 120 MPH during the chase, which eventually led into downtown Indianapolis.

The suspect vehicle ran a red light at full speed, and crashed broadside into another vehicle in the intersection.

That car spun around, and struck a woman on a bicycle.

The victim in the car suffered minor injuries, and the woman on the bike was taken to a hospital.

The suspect ran into a parking garage, and was caught and arrested on the third floor.

The man allegedly spit on police officers during the arrest.

The suspect faces multiple charges which include fleeing, reckless driving, criminal endangerment with a vehicle, and felony battery by bodily waste for spitting on officers.
