On Tuesday, May 13, 2014 the Auburn Police arrested a fourth suspect in these crimes. A 16-yer old from Loachapoka was charged with Rape First degree, Sodomy First degree, Burglary First degree and Theft of Property First degree.

The juvenile was taken into custody by Auburn Detectives at a residence in the 100 block of Lee Road 4 in Loachapoka.  He was transported to the Lee County Detention Facility where he is being held on a $155,000 bond.  The case remains under investigation, although no additional arrests are expected.
